Going on tour is a strange emotional experience. You live, travel and work with people that you have either only just met or people that you only see while you are on tour and then after a month or so, you suddenly have to say bye before returning home where everything feels too quiet and permanent. Usually the days right after a tour feel a little empty and I find myself wandering around exhausted, trying to figure out what I am supposed to be doing with my time while simultaneously trying to trick myself into thinking that I have never left.
The end of the So Cute! tour wasn’t like this at all. Almost immediately after the last show of the tour in San Diego, I flew home to spend Christmas with my family in Vermont. On New Years Eve day, I left for Mammoth to celebrate the New Year with Slow Magic. Shortly after, we flew back to the east coast and eventually ended up back at my parent's home in Vermont for a few days. Now that I am back at our apartment, I thought it would be nice to share a few photos from the holidays.
