Today is one of those weird days where there is literally nothing planned...at all. Yesterday was so planned...we did errands, cleaned the whole apartment, I went to an appointment, roasted a chicken, made a fresh fruit lemon tart and even had family over for dinner. I like days like that. Not having plans makes me feel lost and I do not like that. SO, in order to not feel lost, I made a list of goals for July.
I am not really the type of person who makes lists of goals (or lists of any sort), but I wanted to try to do it for the month of July. I realize that maybe I shouldn’t be sharing it… seeing as it is my first list of goals, but why not.
July goals :
Go to bed by 12 am every night. My real goal is 10 pm, but I figure I ought to ease into it. Apparently, the most regenerative hours of sleep are between 10 pm and 2 am (it is when your body produces the most melatonin).
No watching TV before bed. Or looking at screens in general.
Drink 3-4 liters of water a day. Living in the desert in the summer is so draining and I feel l like it will make me feel better than just the regular 2 liters.
I realize that my list is all about feeling better (I feel like such an adult haha) so l will let you know how it is going (and if I am feeling any better) by the end of the week. Wish me luck!
